Wheres my order?

How can I stop clay sticking to my cutter?

Please ensure the clay is around 2-3mm thick as they cutters have been specially designed for that thickness. Ensure your clay is very well rolled and stuck to your worksurface. Using either the damp sponge method (check out my instagram account for videos on this @ veeclaydesign) or using the baby powder/ cornstarch method to lubricate your cutter, make your cut through the clay. You can also try making a half cut and then returning to make the full cut on the second pass. If you are still having issues, please get in touch and we are happy to help.

What if my order gets lost?

How do I care for my cutters?

Make sure to never use hot liquids on your cutters as this could irrepairably damage them. Using a gentle soap and a soft bristtled brush under water, rinse your cutter. Please make sure to store your cutter so that the cutting edge is protected especially from heavy objects.
